Mike Hunt was invented in North Carolina in 1987. The first complete game of Mike Hunt was reported by Brian Tucker to me during a conversation at a party. Brian had been at the keg filling a beer, and said that he had met a guy named Mike. Simple. It was open season, and Mike Hunt was on.
